Our church is a designated landing zone for Life Flight. There was a flight today, just a few minutes ago. The ambulance with the patient was there waiting. The firetruck is there for crowd control and in case of a disastrous accident with the helicopter.

It happened at the same time that the preschool portion of our Mom's Day Out program lets out.

Lots of moms and grandmoms were in the parking lot. No one was in a hurry to leave. How often do you get to see a helicopter up close? For those children that stay until later in the afternoon, they got to watch, too.
God bless those precious Life Flight people.
